All My Antics orders receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

A signature is required for all live ant deliveries unless a special request is made. This helps prevent packages from sitting outdoors and being exposed to potentially dangerous temperatures or weather conditions. Please track your shipment closely and arrange to receive your package promptly upon delivery.

For additional peace of mind, once you receive your tracking number, you can visit the USPS tracking website and sign up for text message updates to stay informed about your package's progress and delivery status.

When moving your colony into a long term nest, we recommend having at least 15 to 20 workers for larger species and 25 to 50 workers for smaller species.

The My Antics Vortex Starter Kit is a perfect setup for long term ant care, with proven success supporting a colony through its first 2 to 3 years of growth.

Don't be fooled by cheap acrylic setups or Amazon's top rated ant nests. Many are designed for short term, queenless ant farm experiences, like Uncle Milton ant farms, rather than supporting a growing colony with a queen for the long term.

Many ant keepers make this mistake, and it can lead to preventable issues down the road. Starting with the correct setup from the beginning can make a huge difference in your colony's long term success!

At My Antics, we stand behind the live arrival of our ants and colonies. If your order arrives deceased or does not survive arrival, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.

We offer full replacements for qualifying dead on arrival orders. If you prefer a refund, a full refund can generally be provided once the complete original order and its contents are returned to My Antics.

For verification and record keeping, we may require clear, full photographs of the deceased colony inside its original test tube. We may also require a photograph of the deceased queen cut in half as proof of death before approving a replacement or refund.

We will always do our best to resolve issues directly through our shop whenever possible. However, if a financial institution or payment provider becomes involved in a dispute, the complete original order and all its contents must be returned to My Antics for a full refund.

All dead on arrival and deceased on arrival claims must be reported within our 14 day live arrival and replacement period.

My Antics offers a 14 day live arrival and replacement window, beginning on the delivery date. Once your ants leave our care, their ongoing care and maintenance become the customer's responsibility.

Safe delivery is our top priority. All ant shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please track your package closely and retrieve it as soon as it arrives. If you are unavailable to sign for delivery, you can arrange to pick up your package promptly at your local USPS post office.

Our shipping methods are designed to help protect your ants from potentially dangerous outside elements and temperature conditions during transit.

My Antics ships exclusively through USPS. Available shipping options can be selected during checkout before payment is completed.

Please note: Once a package has shipped, USPS shipping fees cannot be recovered, even if the package is later returned to us. Original shipping fees are therefore nonrefundable.
